Purchases

1. The name that will appear on your statement will be FMA Strength Limited
2. All transactions are processed in a Bank of New Zealand approved foreign currency. The 12 approved foreign currencies are Australian, Canadian, Hong Kong, Singapore and United States dollars, Euro, British pounds, Swiss francs, Chinese yuan, Japanese yen, Korean won, and South African rand.
3. Goods are delivered immediately via the site.  Customers buying membership or products will receive an email token from the website enabling them to confirm their email and registration and giving them access to the membership level or product for which they've agreed to pay.  Any delays in receiving the email token due to server spam filters or email spam filters are the responsibility of the customer, however, where delays appear to be an issue the customer can contact a staff member of fmastrength.com via this 'access delay' form.  The staff member will manually forward details to allow the customer to access the membership or product.

Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

1. Account holders paying in full or by installments will have their credit cards charged for the total price or installment amount at the agreed frequency for the agreed term.
2. Monthly instalments will be deducted 30 days from the initial payment and thereafter every 30 days for the agreed term.
3. All memberships or product purchases are non-refundable unless a specific product guarantee and cancellation term is provided for with the product or membership promoted.
4. Where a membership or product has a specific guarantee and cancellation term the customer can cancel within this term by completing the 'cancellation' form.  Subject to the form being received within the valid cancellation period applying to the product or membership, the customer will receive a full refund to their credit card within 5 business days.
5. Members or purchasers of products whose credit card expires during the agreed term will receive an email instructing them to re-authorise a new credit card immediately.  Failure to do so within 24 hours will result in the account being frozen until either the total funds due to fma strength limited are recovered or the re-authorisation is received and the new credit card is successfully billed for the overdue amounts.
6. Where debt recovery is necessary the account holder agrees that all debt collection costs incurred by fma strength limited including fees, levies, commissions, interest or any other costs relating to the collection of outstanding funds are payable in full by the account holder.

Account and Product Use

1. The content contained in the fmastrength.com members and/or particular product section(s) is for the personal use of the account holder only.
2. The account holder MUST NOT provide any of the materials or content in the fmastrength.com website to any other party, without the prior written consent of fma strength limited.
3. The account holder must keep their Username and Password secure and MUST NOT provide this information to any other person. 
4. Any duplicate use of an account (where two 'I.P.' addresses are simultaneously logged in) is monitored and fma strength limited reserves the explicit right to cancel any membership or product access where this occurs.
5. Failure to abide by the Copyright Terms and/or the Account Use rules is a breach and legal remedy may be sought under copyright and international law.
6. Bulk downloading of content from fmastrength.com is forbidden.  No systemised, large scale, downloading is permitted in any form including via robots.  Any activity detected in this area will be locked out of the site permanently.
